Melbourne’s Alex Lahey will return to Europe in March of next year for a new headline tour. The tour takes in 11 dates, including a show at London’s Omeara on 23rd March, having sold out last month’s London headline show.
The new tour follows an incredible year for Alex, which saw her follow up lauded EP B-Grade University with her fantastic debut album I Love You Like A Brother. The perfect balance of catchy pop melodies with knowingly wry lyrics, the album received praise from the likes of Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, NME, DIY, London In Stereo and more.
While touring the US last month, Alex gave national TV audiences a taste of her infectious live show with her first live TV performance for Late Night With Seth Meyers. Watch Alex and her band play ‘Every Day’s The Weekend’ on YouTube. Alex also recently shared a solo version of I Love You Like A Brother track ‘There’s No Money’, which can be streamed now.
