About
Celebrate the New Year in the best possible way, in the best possible place...
The fancy dress theme is JUNGLE FEVER!
Live music from:
K'Chevere - Afro Cuban Latin Band
A UK-based latin band with a repertoire strongly influenced by the music and rhythms of Cuba. Artists including ‘Tito Puente’, ‘Patato Valdés’, ‘Compay Segundo’ and ‘Eddie Palmieri’, have influenced their mix of Cuban classics with their own original compositions, that combine Afro-Cuban dance rhythms such as Son, Danzón and Cha-Cha-Cha with a blend of Latin Jazz and Salsa
The Rumble-O's
"Taking their cues from Tarantino’s surf selections, Joe Meek’s New World, Budd and Bizet, The Rumble-O’s project their intergalactic instro’s into the heart of ‘62 and return aboard Dick Dale’s reverb tank. A blend high energy, authentic sixties sounds with a contemporary edge." Green Man Festival
ShakShak
Made-in-Walcot grooviness with a smattering of reggae and a scattering of afro and a rattling folkish feel at the roots. You'll know the faces - maybe even the songs by now - so you'll know you're in for a good time.
Our DJs for the evening:
Back bar:
Ramsay
Def Goldblum
Zackie Chan
Main Bar:
Mick RPM
Nathan Stardust
We are keeping the ticket price at £19 - and they will be on sale from Thursday 23rd November.
