About
After an amazing 2 years at the end of our alley on Hardman Street, we invite one and all to join us to help celebrate our Second Birthday!
We have organised an array of events across the three days for all ages, shapes and sizes from clubnights to wine tasting, record fairs to live jazz.
We start from 5pm out in the Courtyard with our famous Big Pan Fridays with the now infamous Big Pan Friday with *free* food with all drink purchases from 5pm-6pm. Up in the venue on Friday night we also have some amazing live music from Estrons before Upstairs With take control of the club with the super fun Artwork joining them for a proper party, which will incidentally also be their 2nd Birthday!
On Saturday afternoon we encourage you to bring your pennies along as we host the inimitable Chris McBride with his monthly record fair. For a special Birthday treat, this month he will be accompanied by some amazing drink tasting - a special selection from Turncoat Gin and our wine suppliers from the start, R H Wines - there is also a rumour that the sommelliers may be digging deep in their Italo Disco collections for the afternoon too!
On the evening of the 30th we have music in the venue from Juanita Stein (Howling Bells), Ian Jeffs, Ricky Boom Boom followed by the launch of Huma, a very special clubnight started by a few members of our bar staff, with eclectic selections all night long from anu! Down in the bar we will also have music from the long lost Andrew Hill and Sam Tawil who will work their way through our cocktail collection while spinning some music for us.
It has been an incredible first two years at the end of our Alley, please join us for what will be an amazing Birthday Celebration!
Friday:
In the garden - free Big Pan Friday from 5pm-6pm with *sunshine
In the bar in the evening - cocktails, jazz and dancing with Anti Social Jazz Club
In the club - from 7pm live music from Estrons - Buyers Club - 29/09/17 followed by Upstairs with Artwork (2nd Birthday) from 11pm

In the bar - our monthly record fair, a wine tasting with R&H and a gin tasting with Turncoat. Evening music from Andrew Hil and Sam Tawil
In the club - from 7pm live music from Juanita Stein @ Buyers Club followed by drinks and dancing for Huma presents anu (Rhythm Section) from 11pm!
Sunday:
In the bar - Our famous Sunday roast, soundtracked by the DJs from Mono-Tone and a very special live jazz soundtrack throughout the evening.
In the evening a selection of our bar staff will show off their fine musical tastes, which soundtracks the bar from Tuesday - Friday, will show us what they've got for the finale of our Birthday Celebrations!
