Wow....I mean like WOW!!
We've only gone & got SLIM CESSNAS AUTO CLUB playing HERE ...at The Chambers....in ickle old Folkestone!
Now you may not know the name SCAC - understandbly maybe as Sourthern Gothic bands from Denver Colorado don't feature too high on the towns playlist of bands but that is changing NOW & all for the better too as these guys are on FIRE!!!
Seriously we are HUGELY fortunate to have a band of this standing play here!
Many genres thrown at this six piece band over the 15 years they've been playing as SCAC - alternative rock, country blues, gospel, folk Americana - you kinda get the area that they play from but whatever category you decide they fit in, one thing you'll have to agree on is that these guys and gals put on a ferocious show!
Heart blood & soul goes into every gig & you'll see that on the night!
This tour sees them over from the USA, heading up through Europe, into the UK, off to Scotland, then Ireland, back to the UK & the day after the Chambers gig they fly out to Moscow to start that leg of their tour!
This is a big news tour & we're thrilled to be part of it!
We're also offering one of the very few FREE ENTRY gigs on the tour and here's why - we restart our SUNDAY SERVICE Dj afternoons again on this day - Sunday 1st Oct - and to have SCAC along to add such credibility to the event is cherries on the cake for us guys believe me!
Literally CAN'T WAIT for this gig as the band are just incredible and I repeat....THIS IS A FREE GIG, so come see some incredible music from the other side of the globe in your home town - FOR NOTHING!!!
Dj's before, food & drink all day and top flight live music all night....what's not to love here :-)
