Following recent experiments up at the brewery with hops and gin we infused a bottle of gin with some Mosaic hops with triumphant results! Now, we invite you to do the same and join us for an evening workshop of experimenting with hops to create your very own 500ml bottle of Hop-Infused Gin to take home!
