Title: Digbeth Real Ale Pub Crawl plus One
Creator: General Staal

Description:
This is a crawl that gives hits the spot on a Friday Evening. Followed by a curry in Manzil's, also in Digbeth. One pub that is not a real ale pub, is the Bull Ring Tavern, worth a visit, because it is straight from the 70s!

The Bull Ring Tavern (1)
No Real Ale - But two Milds. An old fashioned 70s boozer.
Hennessey's Bar (2)
A modern pub in an old industrial building. At least two real ales always on. Good value food. Gets very busy, the later you visit.
The Lamp Tavern (3)
A good old fashioned boozer. Real Ale always on. Usually free bar food of a weekend evening.
The Anchor (4)
An array of Real Ales. Not one of my personal favourites, but a must do in Birmingham.
The White Swan (5)
A Banks's pub, with delicious 'Real' Mild and Bitter. Guests usually from the Jennings stable. Lovely Victorian tiles and a huge wooden bar. Very friendly.
The Spotted Dog (6)
An Irish pub with up to three real ales. Sometimes four. Busy of a weekend evening with live bands on. During the day, he keeps his own opening hours. Sometimes open. Sometimes closed. Friendly crowd.
The Wagon & Horses (7)
A very old Georgian pub, a rare survival in this area. Lunchtime food. Free bar snacks on a Friday evening. Two Real Ales which are sometimes not on mid-week. Gets busy of a weekend evening.
