Bailey's, Settle

Very pleasant cafe bar in the northern corner of the market place. There’s two eating areas to the back or right on entering with the counter occupying the front/left area. Although mostly a nice cafe there are three pumps with well kept Settle brewery beers plus a horseshoe of five taps including a couple of ciders and a separate Guinness wobbler. Exposed stone throughout with floorboards in the front room, flags behind, modern furnishings of short stools at short tables in front, more conventional tables and plush chairs beyond. An ex-shop so it has large clear windows giving a view into the market place. Mostly yummy mummy types on my mid-week lunchtime visit.
