Work going on to expand into next-door premises (Cartridge World).

Typical micropub, but very comfortably decorated. Two low tables, two high tables and a few barstools. This is quite possibly the most middle class micropub I've ever visited, in keeping with most of the area I guess. 5 handpumps, all serving local beers which was a bit disappointing for my tastes. Brewsmith Cascade was in good nick though. I'll definitely call in here again next time I'm in Rawtenstall.

Clean and spacious micro pub in then heart of Rawtenstall that offered 5 local cask beers plus a Pilsner and IPA on tap.On entry there is bench type seating to the left with high chairs and thin tables to the right plus 5 window stools for you to watch the world go by. Quite liked this one and enjoyed my short chat with the friendly and knowledgeable landlord and will certainly return when in the area again.
