Beer Dock is the latest bar come bottle shop to open in Sherwood. Once inside there is a smallish square shaped room with a small bar to the front left,this bar has a fridge underneath it with bottles in it. There are shelfs around the room with loads of bottled beers on them,these are done by country,there are also fridges around the edge with beer from Belgium and Germany in one and america in another and Great Britain in another,all bottled beers can be took away or poured into glasses to drink in house. The seating is a few bar stools near the small bar and four long long tables in the middle area with attached wood benches,i found it very hard to get seated in and out of these,larger built people would really struggle to get seated on these tables. There were five real ales on the go,i had a drink of Black Iris Snake Eyes which went down very well,the other beers were Cloudwater Summer Range IPA,Cloud Water Cream ale,Mad Hatter Toxteth IPA/Follow the Bunny and Weird Beer Marina ?. Beer prices ranged from £3.00 the £4.50 depending on ABV. Quiet background music was playing on my midweek visit. This new venture is ok for a very good choice of real ales and bottled beers from around the world. Pub visited 26/8/2015
