Black Bull Inn, Lancaster

500 year old Thwaites pub away from the main streets with not that much going for it sadly. it's in a nice village though and probably serves as a community pub since it's pretty down to earth. hi-vis brigade sipping lagers outside were the only customers when I visited on an August bank holiday afternoon.

Very friendly pub, great atmosphere and the staff couldn't be more welcoming, espically for children. Food was excellent and didn't have to wait long considering there where 8 of us and the food came out all together. Would visit again and recommend to others.
