Not as big inside as the row of buildings would suggest as you approach, although the very traditional bar and dining room are supplemented by a modern conservatory at the back and numerous wooden tables in the extensive rear beer garden. Collection of former cottages or farm houses. In through an inconspicuous front door, like entering someones front room. Bar to the left, dining to the right which leads onto to further dining in the Conservatory - heated with a huge log burner. Good choice of 4 real ales - Tribute, Ubu and Purity and an excellent Prescott Hill Climb Pale Ale. Sunday lunch was excellent - good value, portions and service. Recommended.
