The Shakespeare, Redland, Bristol

The Shakespeare is a large and decent looking pub that is on a side street just off Redland Road. Once inside the pub has been opened out into a single room which is wrapped around the bar on three sides,which faces on entry. There is a wood floor and the seating comfy bench seating and chairs to the front and normal tables and chairs elsewhere. There four real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Bath Ales Jem,which was a very nice drink,the other real ales were Wadworth Dirty Rucker,Purity Mad Goose and Bristol Beer Factory Milk Stout. Food was being served and quiet background music was playing. I thought this was a very pleasant pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 4/2/2017
