Riverhead Brewery Tap, Huddersfield

A very popular pub housed in a former co-op building, now owned by Ossett Brewery. 10 hand pumps grace the bar serving seven beers from the brewery across the road plus two from Ossett and London Pride was on as an unusual guest ale. European keg from Franzisbier, along with a kriek and a weissbier. More standard UK Kegs from Stella, Becks, Carling, Guinness and Strongbow. The pub is basically one long thinnish room with bareboards, exposed bricks and booths with stained glass. The walls are decorated with old notices, pictures, mirrors and old bottles. Very busy on my visit but the staff coped well.

Now part of the expanding Ossett Brewey Empire, but still brewing riverhead Beers.
