The Old Hall, Timperley, Altrincham

The Old Hall is a very large pub that is set in its own grounds. Once inside the pub seemed very posh and a bit too upmarket for my liking,most people were dining. I am pretty sure when i visited this pub it was an Hydes tied house and i had a drink of Hydes bitter which was a decent drink,though i may have been mistaken as i now know this is not an Hydes house anymore. This is a Marstons pub serving good food and offering many special offers. Although set on the Altrincham golfcourse the Old hall is seperate from the golf club and is open to the general public from noon till 9pm. Set in a fantastic setting this is a place to visit if your in the Manchestern region. Music night entertainment and a quiz night will be starting next month in September. Parties, weddings and funerals welcome. Kid friendly too with nice kids menu. Easy access and parking. Well worth a visit.
