The Joiners Arms, Lincoln

Quite a strange shaped little locals pub, just off the beaten track, yet only a couple of hundred yards from the main street. Pool table, dartboard and TV in the lounge area as you enter. They actually have a Manchester dartboard in here, but it’s also apparently a Lincoln board as well. Up a few steps to the bar area on the right. 3 handpumps on the bar but only one was on selling Adnams Old Ale. According to the landlord they had had a good week and they’d sold out before the barrels in the cellar had settled. Had a pint of the Adnams which was very good. Very friendly landlord and landlady, it’s a proper local.
