The Derwent Arms, York

The Derwent Arms is in the Osbaldwick area on the eastern side of York. There were two rooms in this pub i went in the lounge which was to the left this was a longish room that opened out towards the back of the pub this was part carpeted and had country stye seating and was very busy on a Sunday dinner with a lot of people dining. The bar to the right was also quite busy. There were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of John Smiths cask and this was quite a nice drink the other beers were Black Sheep bitter and GK Abbot.There was also a large childrens play area to the left of the pub This pub still had a proper pub feel to it and i was quite happy having a drink in here.
