Red Lion, Nottingham

This pub seems to have fallen into the hands of the Beast From The East (Greene King). As noted below it's all open plan now but split into areas. There is a proper darts throw at the rear and a fair sized garden. Ominously the front area has an idiot booth over to the right. There was hardly anyone in on my Saturday afternoon visit. There are two hand pumps but one was unused leaving just the Bury abomination of Old Speckled Hen. I noticed a keg GK Hardy & Hanson Mild so went for that (£2.75). It wasn't anything special. I thought this place was pretty hopeless and wouldn't return.
