We are frequent vistors to Stuarts Table, the food is always excellant, fresh produce - no frozen or microwaved food in sight! Extensive wine list, very good attentive service and of course Stuart himself. He always welcomes you and finds time to talk to you. Lovely cosy atmosphere.

Im Steph myself and boyfriend Joe have recently taken over the Hope and Anchor. We are in our early twenties and we pride our selves on having a pub that appeals to all ages. The pub has a Very traditional style inside. Open all day every day We have darts and doms on tues and thurs, wed we have a fun quiz with a free supper and a chance to win up to a gallon of beer. Friday nights are a good night for all ages whether you want to have a good old natter with friends or enjoy the music. Sat and Sun are fab days especially for those who like a bet with the local bookies over the road. We have got setanta sports on plasma screen and a widescreen tv in the main lounge.
