Lion & Swan, Congleton

This is a really nice looking pub that has got a few different rooms. I went in the room to the left this was quite a nicely furnished room but as the pub is also run as a hotel this did seem more of an hotel bar than proper pub. There was only one real ale on the bar which was Greene King IPA this was very dissapointing but i was the first customer in that day so it may improve when more beer was sold. I would have enjoyed this pub more if it was a bit busier as i was here just after opening.
