Formerly Planet Out, this is a small bar near the Theatre which has had a makeover in recent years. Its previous hideous decor has been replaced with a new hideous decor, although the bare floors do not offend. Ghastly, overloud music makes conversation problematic, and I find that a complete absence of decent beer, 1960s-style bar fittings and a lot of drunken clientele make it an uncomfortable place to be. Personally, I have no reason to return here and would suggest that unless you are a drunk twenty-something male looking for a romantic encounter with a similar person, there are clubs, pubs and bars nearby which would be more enjoyable.
