The most interesting looking pub that I saw on a brief walk around Saltburn, so popped in for a quick pint. I was then tempted to eat when I saw the reasonably-priced lunch menu. The layout has been opened out in the form of a reversed 'J', with an attractive small lounge area towards the back on one side. Various features of interest (although age uncertain). Regular live music advertised. Three handpumps, dispensing Hobgoblin, Theakston Masham Four & Twenty and Brains Milkwood (£3.10).
