The Paul Pry, Worcester

Lovely friendly pub with 2 rooms either side of the corridor which I agree was worth going to have a look at. We chose Popes Brewing Co Victorian Chestnut Ale, McMullen Country Bitter and Little Ale Cart Golden Retriever, and the Popes was my beer of the day.

The Paul Pry is a proper old pub that is fairly close to foregate street train station. Once inside there was a tiled passageway and the bar had a stone floor with small tables and chairs,the pub was also gas lit. When i visited the pub it was a Banks's tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Banks's mild and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Banks's bitter. This was a decent enough pub to start my Worcester crawl in. Pub visited 30/12/2000
