The Nags Head, Chichester

This pub is a lot bigger than it looks from the front, with a traditional main bar well propped up by locals, a side extension with comfortable sofas, and a dining area to the rear leading on to a back yard which is very pleasant in the sun. There are five hand pumps serving a well kept if slightly unexciting range of ales (London Pride, Directors, Summer Lightning and a couple of others I can't recall) and at £3.45 for a Pride it's one of the more expensive watering holes in the area, though it's certainly worth a visit. We stayed here last night and can recommend the accommodation.

Really nice old looking frontage with the main bar inside to match. This place has been extensively extended to form more of a restaurant than a pub but is still a pleasant place. A number of real ales are normally available.
