Lamp Tavern, Dudley

Had a bit of a tour of Black Country pubs organised for me on my birthday. The Dry Dock was going to be checked out but is now flats. This was a mile on and when I saw it was a Bathams, they was no choice. Beer - exceptional. If I remember right, it was £2.40 a pint. A classic looking pub inside, all wooden partitions. Friendly bar staff. A great pub.

I didn't mind this pub and considering a couple of others on the way here it probably seems better than it is. That said it is a decent pub. Bathams beers are still to the fore and the pub is friendly enough. The walk out to it is just about worth it.
