Golden Cross, Coventry

Newly opened 2 storey pub/restaurant. Very old timbered building there is a bar on both floors. The beams are painted a neutral green and there is a modern staircase. Not sure these features work, but the building still possesses a lot of class, there is a large chimney near the bottom bar and there are more beams than you can shake a stick at! The upstairs floor is very wobbly and the walls lean out to the street. 3 real ales available and its a very nice place.
