The Church, Birmingham

A basic two roomed pub with a mixture of seating heights and styles. The internal colour scheme was not my cup of tea being a mix of Earl Grey, Burgundy and cream. The windows were leaded with a few stained panes throughout. Just a couple of Everad beers were available from the four handles on the bar, Tiger and Sunchaser, leaving one with a turned Beacon Hill clip , the other bare. It was temporarily cash only on my visit , luckily I had some on me. Only me in there on a Saturday lunchtime so hopefully it does have busier times. The pub itself is ok but I doubt I'd take a dedicated walk back here in the future.

Two-room pub on the northern edge of the Jewellery Quarter with a refurbished interior featuring a mix of furniture and decor. Now run by the Inn-Credible Pub Co, but having some connections to Everards, I found Sunchaser and Tiger from two of the four handpumps. Almost empty on a foul December evening, but I was pleased to find it open for a decent pint.
