This is actually called The Rag, not the Rag restaurant as below, though its advertises as a bar & restaurant. And having said that it is very food orientated. And I made the mistake of going in the lounge and it was pointed out if I wanted a beer maybe I should go in the bar. When I pointed out there was no room in the bar they did let me stay. It has the feel of a locals pub trying to be two things but not being able to fully commit to either. But having said that it is ok. Beer as below & the Ansells mild was nice

Now called The Rag Restaurant. A1 restaurant with a separate bar (no children) and its own BOWLING CLUB. Very good real ales: spotless: comfortable, and friendly. Beer garden. See www.theragrawnsley.co.uk for map, pictures, menus and bowling club.
