The Plough Inn, Stoke-On-Trent

The Plough Inn is just down the hill from the Crown and Thistle. Once inside there is a single L Shaped room which was bare boarded,the bar is to the rear left,there was some comfy bench seating to the left,plus a couple of small tables and stools in the middle of the room. There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Oakham Bishops Farewell which was a very nice drink,the other beer was Bombardier. This pub has been done up within and inch of its life,is seemed to strerile and cold for my liking,it was also almost empty while the more traditional pub just up the road was packed. On a brighter note there was some decent background music playing. Pub visited 23/8/2014
