The Crown, Bridgnorth

Large rambling opened out pub. Plenty of tellies and 2 pool tables. 3 handpulls with only Hobgoblin Gold on. Average Marston's pub.

The Crown seems to be aimed at the younger crowd and it was busy on my visit. Hobgoblin Gold and Brakspear Gravity on offer. The Gravity was just about OK. We had a game of pool and I enjoyed my visit.

The Crown is a large pub that is situated on Bridgenorth's busy High Street. Once inside there is a large L shaped room,the bar is to the rear left and down some steps the front area is carpeted and had some settees and normal tables and chairs,the rear area has bench seating and chairs and some tall tables and chairs,the rear right side is down two steps,there is a pool table in this area. There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Banks's Mild,which was a decent drink,the other real ale was Ringwood Old Thumper. There was quiet background music playing on our early Saturday dinner visit. We thought this was a decent enough pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 29/4/2017
