This is a relatively recent addition to the Elggod estate in that they didn't have it thirty years ago. Inside it's a fairly small L shaped single room. There is a carpeted area to the left as you enter with a wooden floored area to the right where there is a dart board hidden behind a pillar. I didn't notice a TV. Further to the right is a covered patio / smoking area with what looked like a substantial garden further back. It was fairly quiet on my early Thursday afternoon visit. The bar has five hand pumps which had one unused, Elgood's Black Dog, Cambridge & Beer Goggles and Bootleg Urban Fox. I went for the Beer Goggles (£3.60) which was in good condition and a reasonable pint. I quite liked this pub and give it a strong 7.
