Yet another good ale house with an entrance at either end of the pub.From Lloyd Street you enter into a long corridor before the bar appears on your left.A series of high table opposite and quite a low ceiling give way to a wood panelled seating area with brewery ephemera as decoration ,a calm and peaceful spot to sup in a smart yet traditional boozer. The ale range from 7 handpumps was Moorhouse Witches Caldron and Broomstick,Lancaster Blonde,Edge Black Edge,Salopian Darwins Origins and Millstone Tiger Rut (very good shape) together with Old Rosie cider.A decent line up in a decent pub,so worth a crawl visit.
