The Old Abbey Taphouse, Manchester

The Old Abbey was a stand alone pub that had its entrance on the corner of the pub,there were two rooms in this pub and i had a drink in the bar which was a decent room to have a drink in. This pub was a Vaux tied house when i went in it and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Vaux Samson bitter and this was a fairly decent drink the other beer was Vaux bitter. This was a decent enough pub and the area it is in has altered quite a lot over the years. Pub visited 11/12/1993
