This is a mid-19th century pub, still retaining its original name, though not identity. With a large Turkish flag hanging down the corner splay, this is now a shisha bar/restaurant/nightclub and so on, with garish lighting and an interior which you can see for yourselves on their website; be warned, as it’s not pub-like anymore. As this place now seems to revolve around serving cocktails to students from the nearby University of Greenwich and few at 9.30 on a Friday evening, I left.
