The Goat, Berkhamsted

As noted below this has been extensively modernised into a music venue and sports bar. It's an open plan room with a central bar and minimalistic furnishings. On a lunchtime visit the TV screen was tuned to a music video channel. It was quiet on a Tuesday afternoon. The four hand pumps had one unused, Sharp's Atlantic, Tring Side Pocket For a Toad and London Pride. I went for the Tring beer (£3.70) which was a bit off. It's not my sort of place and the beer was poor probably because it hadn't been pulled through. I doubt if I would return.
