Salford Arms Hotel, Salford

The Salford Arms is close to Salford central train station. When i visited this pub it looked a bit grim from the outside and it still had its Chesters signs outside so i was expecting some real ale in here. Once inside the pub was a lot smarter than i thought it would be,i had a drink in what was probably the lounge. This pub use to be a Whitbread tied house but there were no Chesters beers on the bar,there were two real ales on here i had a drink of Joseph Holts bitter and this was a really nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter. This was quite a nice pub to have a few drinks in. Pub visited 20/11/1993
