Located opposite The Crown on Lechlade's High Street, the premises was operating as an Italian restaurant called L'Artigiano at its time of closure, retaining its 'Arkells Ales' sign on the front of the building.

First time to visit this brew pub, and although the Old Forge Microbrewery has long since moved out to the Radnor Arms in Coleshill, it is still well worth a visit as it takes its beers from this and other small microbreweries in Oxfordshire. For our... [more>]
