Essentially an upmarket restaurant.The entrance is at the rear from the car park,and is all plate glass and flash.I was intercepted by a friendly waitress,and she was quite happy for me to have a drink without dining.The small bar is clad in wood and... [more>] |

The Royal Oak is well known in Langley and across Hertfordshire as a fine country pub. We are near the market town of Hitchin. There is always a warm welcome with roaring log fires, freshly prepared food, a good selection of real ales and a wine menu... [more>] |
