This is a detached 1970s styled pub, with a few benches outside. I assume this was built around the time of Spaghetti Junction ('72) as the whole area changed dramatically, but it appears from the old maps that it replaced a Victorian pub (at least) ... [more>]

Sadly, I have been told the pub has now been demolished. Another loss to the drinking fraternity and our heritage. Passed the site recently and can confirm the pub has gone, demolished and a store is now on the site.
