Community pub doing great business on a Thursday night when most of the city centre was much quieter. The interior has been substantially altered over the years and given a rather unsympathetic refurbishment, but the people make the difference here.... [more>] |

Typical estate "sports pub". Loads of TVs. Standard pub furniture. Horse racing in afternoon. Champions league in evening. Surprisingly (from the pub identikit feel) its a Good Beer Guide 2021 entry and no complaints about my Kirkby Lonsdale Tif... [more>] |
