Reopened after a very long closure,this is now a free house and is used primarily as a boozer by the village community.The left hand front door gives access to the tap room which has brick fireplaces housing wood burners at each end of the room.With ... [more>]

Another stay at Church Farm campsite, and on this occasion the pub is definitely better than the camping. Beers are now all from Woodforde's, their Wherry very good (NBSS 3.5, borderline 4) but a bit pricey for an ordinary bitter at £5. Service was v... [more>]
