A former coaching inn, now a small town B&B and GBG regular. The former courtyard has largely been built on, partly by neighbouring businesses and partly by a pub extension which forms a restaurant area. The remaining garden is a lawn with benches,... [more>] |

Update. Since the previous review the pub has had a turbulent time, having changed managers twice and had an internal refit at the front, opening up the area a little and making it more accessible. Still owned by Palmer's, the current landlord was ... [more>] |
