Multi roomed pub with a garden to the rear which is really the old car park, so no grass. Cask ale was apparently removed in 2024 as it "didn't sell". Now there's a range of fizz on the bar, so I had a quick half and moved on.

A large roadhouse situated on the junction with Manchester road when on the way down from the station. This made it a useful stop for a pee on the way back. There's a couple of dartboards and a beer garden, but there's no real ale, so I had a quick ... [more>]
