Tidy, bijou(ish) and comfy Spoons, a long old walk down the high street from the station. My arrival coincided with the first day of the beer festival so five guest casks were on the go. I tried three of them and got GBG quality beer across the board... [more>]

Large outlet now trading as a ‘pizza kitchen and bar’. Quite a neatly done interior with discrete drinking/eating areas, an island bar, some tiled patches on the floor/bar front and a lovely original green tiled fireplace. There’s also a decent wrapa... [more>]
