A quick revisit before the train. Four ales on, 2x New Bristol and two of theirs. Their Selleck was my choice, it was in decent nick (NBSS 3) if not to my taste. July 2021 Terrace pub which screams ‘real ale’ from the pub sign – an old 1970’s coach.... [more>]

Tidy old skool two roomer. An empty (but nice!) stone-walled lounge on the right, a games room and then busier atmospheric bar to the left; the old plasterboard ceiling has been removed here which kind of works in its favour. Wood burning stove on th... [more>]
