Reckon this is the largest venue I have ever had a quaff in. Again, fairly innocent at street level which provides access to a ground floor bar and gaming area not in itself that large but this was not operational on my mid-Monday evening visit but was generally a pretty standard bar with a boarded floor, its own bar counter and lots of typical seating options. The games up here amounted to just some dart lanes and some basketball games plus the usual photo booth. Instead, descend staircase to a vast subterranean gaming world. Industrial lino flooring with every (legal) indoor gaming you can imagine. The bar area itself feels quite small in the context of the larger space with a row of tall tables opposite served by tall stools. There are further tall tables the other side of a partition closing off several pool tables with a long banquette serving several tall tables on the wall opposite. The games one side of the bar counter include a couple of short curling rinks and some neon clad areas housing games that I can't even put a name to. The other side of the bar counter has some short lane ten pin bowling alleys and some table tennis tables and there are a couple of shuffleboards dotted around the space also. As with the venue on Old St, you would need a lot of punters in here to make a return on this place, nowhere near that on my visit.
