Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Wolf on the Corner
Only free from exterior signage, this converted corner shop forms quite a large rectangular bar that feels a bit empty due to rather sparse furniture and limited decoration. Having said that, the barman was welcoming. I found nine of the ten craft keg taps on the bar-back in use, along with a collaboration porter (£4.20) from a cask on the bar-back. Five Ascension and one guest cider also available.

Single cask currently available and on my visit was Long Man Old Man. Good keg choice, Denny’s Grand Slam a hazy table beer from BRZN, Reach for the Lasers an IPA from Downlands, the Fest Bier lager from Donzoko, the Gravity Pils from Bristol Beer Factory, Radiant Dawn session IPA from Burnt Mill, the Lindemans Kriek a cherry lambic style beer, the London (nitro) Stout from the Kernel and the Black lager from Abyss. There were additional half a dozen ciders from Ascension including the pink version of their oft seen Pilot, denoted the Red Love Edition no doubt for Valentines!
Corner ex shop premises with large paned windows on 2 sides, heavily covered by condensation on our mid evening visit with the bar busy. Counter in rear left-hand corner with a tile skirt and some mosaic inserts in otherwise bare boarded floor. Regular tables and chairs dotted around the perimeter with some tall stool seating at the bar counter. High ceiling smothered with warm white fairy lights. Most agreeable venue again with a more mature set of quaffed on my visit. Currently no external signage, but easily found (better pics on CAMRA website, it was v dark and as noted above the windows heavily condensed on my mid evening visit).
