Oblong bar in a 60s building. Black and grey interior with dominant central pool table and TV football. Heating up full blast like an old folks’ home. Despite its reputation (being on the Saffer Road) I thought the punters were perfectly friendly as was the barmaid. No cask of course so a half of John Smiths to tick it.
