Moved from its original location up the hill to a nicely rebuilt former workshop. The ground floor has a pleasant room with the bar at one end and some tables fairly packed in, while upstairs is more spacious and has a few armchairs amongst the tables (beware the stairs are a bit steep though!). It is a properly fitted bar room rather than a brewhouse taproom, the brewery itself having relocated to a nearby farm. There are also tables outside and a function room upstairs in the adjoining building. Two of their own beers are on handpump, with 3 more on keg plus a keg cider, as well as a fridge of bottles. Food is limited to hot and cold pies (and excellent cake) although street food vans attend occasionally at weekends. The welcome is cheery and friendly, the beer is fine and the surroundings are lovely, so I would happily return. It's a bit of a trek out of town if you do not have transport but worth it.
