The premises are a working brewery Monday to Wednesday, then switch to a tap room for the next four days. There are brewing vessels on the back wall in the second half of the building, with the bar in the front half. Four hand pumps, of which I went for their own HER - enigmatically written all caps on both pump clip and video screen but without explanation; the beer is nothing like as interesting. I also had the West Coast IPA, Express Yourself 5.5% which was much more like it, and I also bought a 44cl can of the same beer to take with me. They have recently celebrated their first anniversary as a brewery and tap room, but I don't know if this is why the place was crammed, with 100 people of all ages and a DJ belting out a pounding selection. It's a good job I didn't have to speak to anyone, apart from the bar staff, as I could barely hear myself think. (The lass who served me said they have a buy two get one free offer on halves; at least, I think that's what she said. I declined but thanked her for the offer.)
