Old Boots left this review about Northern Monk Bar
As described before its a bar run by Northern Monk on the top floor of the new Darley St Market building. The other stalls around the periphery are various street food sellers with a mix of worldwide styles. Jerk, Thai, Sri Lankan, Mex, burgers, cakes etc. As said the bar has 10 taps of keg beers on the back wall, five from Northern Monk five a mixture from elsewhere including a cider. The “glasses” are hard polycarbonate versions. Very different to other places in Bradford although the format is well known in other northern cities and towns.

Graham Coombs left this review about Northern Monk Bar
As mentioned previously, this is a brand new bar which can be found on the second floor of the rather flashy Darley Street Market. A fair range of their beers on keg, but typically expensive, and in line with the expensive trendy foodstuffs adjacent. I suppose it means you can get a beer if you have been dragged there to eat but I wouldn't go again by choice.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Northern Monk Bar
Brewery tap located upstairs in the fresh food hall of the recently opened Darley St Market building. With various 'street food' vendors around each side of the rectangular atrium, the seating areas are shared but we'll spaced around the central escalator core. Ten taps on the bar-back, and offers five regular beers, several changing brews - including my Beyond WCIPA (£4.60, schooner) - and a cider. Overall, and interesting addition to the city centre, especially if you want to eat as well.
